I regularly speak and contribute to media and podcasts on topics including relationships, heartbreak, divorce, dating and domestic abuse.
My work draws on both professional training and lived experience, allowing me to offer a grounded and practical perspective on complex and often sensitive subjects.
I am particularly passionate about helping individuals and organisations better understand relationship dynamics, communication, and the emotional impact of separation and divorce. These are areas we are rarely taught, yet they shape so much of our lives. Creating space for open, informed conversations is an important part of my work.
