How we’ll work together

This 20 minute conversation is a chance for us to discuss your situation, ask questions and explore how I can help you. It is not a coaching session - it’s a gentle, no-pressure chat, to ensure you receive the right support for your particular circumstances. My coaching is a structured, results-focused process that requires emotional, practical, and financial commitment, so having an initial conversation with me is a great place to start.


Cancellation Policy

If the Client is unable to attend a scheduled coaching session: - Please inform the Coach as soon as possible. - Ideally with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice in advance of the arranged session date. - The Coach will try in good faith to reschedule the missed meeting as soon as possible. - If the Client fails to attend a scheduled session or does not give the required notice of at least 48 hours, the Coach reserves the right to retain the fees paid. In the case of a serious accident, emergency or other situation beyond the Client’s control: - Please deal with the situation first. - Then notify the Coach as soon as you are able. - The Coach will try in good faith to reschedule the missed meeting as soon as possible. On the rare occasion that the Coach needs to cancel or amend an appointment: - 5 days’ notice will be given (if possible). - An alternative time will be offered to the Client.
