Existing Client Session (60 Minutes)
How we’ll work together
These coaching appointments are an opportunity for you to continue with tailored support from me at your own pace, focusing on what’s most important to you. This is best suited to clients who have completed an initial coaching session or package. Sessions are arranged online via Zoom by default. If you would prefer to arrange an in-person session in the Cotswolds, please contact me directly. I also travel to see clients where appropriate, although this may involve an additional fee. I work with clients across the UK and internationally.
Cancellation Policy
If the Client is unable to attend a scheduled coaching session: - Please inform the Coach as soon as possible. - Ideally with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice in advance of the arranged session date. - The Coach will try in good faith to reschedule the missed meeting as soon as possible. - If the Client fails to attend a scheduled session or does not give the required notice of at least 48 hours, the Coach reserves the right to retain the fees paid. In the case of a serious accident, emergency or other situation beyond the Client’s control: - Please deal with the situation first. - Then notify the Coach as soon as you are able. - The Coach will try in good faith to reschedule the missed meeting as soon as possible. On the rare occasion that the Coach needs to cancel or amend an appointment: - 5 days’ notice will be given (if possible). - An alternative time will be offered to the Client.
